Here’s What You’ll Get:

A Welcome Packet: 

This Welcome Packet includes a survey that helps us pinpoint specifically what’s working and what’s not. This allows me to get to know you as much as possible before our initial Discovery Session so we can jump right in as soon as we hop on the phone or meet in person. As you fill out this survey, you’ll start to see yourself more clearly. The process of completing this survey will also get you thinking deeper about your current processes as you start to imagine possibilities for an easier way.


Our Discovery Session (2 hours): 

This is designed to help me fully understand all you’re setting out to accomplish. We will use your completed survey information to guide our conversation so by the end of the session, I can better understand what you’ve got on your plate at home and work, as well as some of the repeated frustrations you’re experiencing. Since you have a good idea about what’s not working and are itching to get to your big juicy project, we’ll already have an inkling if there are foundational changes to make before you leap. We’ll also get clear on the level of partnership and accountability you’re wanting to support those shifts.


Ongoing 1 on 1 Coaching Sessions (4 – 50 minute sessions each month): 

These sessions will focus on learning how to tame your current overwhelm so you can get started with clear action toward your next big goal. You will learn how to create your own daily structure so you know exactly what you’re working on and when, as well as how to create your own formula for reducing distractions and maintaining optimum focus. You’ll learn new tools and strategies that will help you capture your thinking so you can more clearly see where you are and where you’re going. You will discover how to implement and follow your own blueprint based on our deep discovery of what will bring order and clarity to your every day. Because you will learn how to take the right next actions for yourself, you will feel the relief that comes with knowing you have a plan for how to make life feel A LOT easier.

Step 3. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re a perfect fit before you commit.

Step 4. Then we’ll get started. If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
